- Six 50-minute sessions
- 6 accountability check-ins
- You’ll receive a workbook to guide you through this program
- Visual tracker used throughout the sessions to help you see your progress
- Beneficial to help you get started toward a goal or if you have a short-term goal
12-week ADHD Blue Print
You want to make some serious changes
- Weekly meetings to keep you on track (12 50-minute sessions)
- Accountability check-ins (max 2/week)

Coaching services are offered worldwide. Payment is accepted in both CAD and USD and can be sent via etransfer (only in Canada) or Paypal. If using Paypal, please note that processing fees of 4% apply.
